Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandising leader to plan, execute and oversee VM standards for travel retail doors across regions. The role partners with stores, partners, and corporate teams to create engaging store environments that reflect the brand and drive product movement.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, regional leadership, and the ability to travel frequently, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, plus Photoshop/Illustrator preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years visual merchandising/installation and store operations experience with a luxury retailer.
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present material clearly.
• Balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Photoshop & Illustrator proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elevate, adapt and implement Visual guidelines across Travel Retail doors.
• Coordinate with field teams and corporate offices to uphold Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide training and coaching to VM staff and store managers regionally.
• Manage procurement, budgeting, and logistics for props, fixtures, and materials.
• Lead visual merchandising initiatives and ensure brand consistency across regions.
