Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Senior Director, Visual Merchandising ROA & Japan to plan and execute Visual activities for travel retail doors across regions. The role liaises with stores, partners, and cross-functional teams to promote the brand through compelling displays and store environments.

The position requires deep VM expertise, strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel frequently to support regional teams and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years visual merchandising/installation and store operations experience with a luxury goods retailer.
• Strong organizational and management skills with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and implement Visual guidelines across Travel Retail doors.
• Provide hands-on visual support with regular store visits and coaching.
• Coordinate budgets, procurement and logistics for props and fixtures.
• Lead and train Visual Merchandising talent and field teams.
• Support new store openings and special events as needed.
