Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a seasoned ECM/Equity Sales professional in Hong Kong to lead secondary market opportunities for listed clients. You will structure and execute complex transactions, and provide strategic capital markets guidance.

Key responsibilities include driving investor engagements, roadshows, and investor days, leveraging a deep institutional network to optimize outcomes in HK and US equity markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics or law.
• 5–8+ years of progressive ECM/Equity Sales experience preferred.
• Proven network of institutional investors in HK/US equities is a plus.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead secondary market opportunities (block trades, placements, disposals, buybacks) and design/execute secondary transaction solutions.
• Develop and perform roadshows, investor days, and meetings with institutional investors.
• Provide capital markets advisories and bespoke transaction structuring for listed clients.
