Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience across Web, iOS and Android for Asian markets. You will translate business goals into design strategies, establish UX KPIs, and drive the product book of work.

You will own local digital initiatives, support the MO Dotcom revamp, and help scale our enterprise design systems while integrating Generative AI/AIGC workflows into the lifecycle. A strong portfolio and 5–8 years in Banking/FinTech are preferred.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field.
• 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience in Banking, FinTech or Insurance.
• Translate business goals into design strategies and define UX KPIs.
• Designing, governance-checking, and scaling multi-platform enterprise design systems (Web, iOS, Android) across Asian markets.
• Set frameworks for user research, usability testing, and analytics to drive iterative changes.
• Advanced mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, Lottie and Jira; AI/AIGC workflow experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover local digital initiatives screen designs, including HD journeys.
• Lead group adoption and local benchmarking efforts.
• Support MO Dotcom revamp work and contribute to design system governance.
