You will design and evaluate experiences across the banking and investment app, focusing on ease of use, visual consistency, and effective data visualizations. This role demands proactive problem-solving and strong communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for financial apps.
• Experience designing financial tools and conducting user evaluations.
• Strong ability to simplify complex information into clear visuals.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a multidisciplinary team to create an innovative and seamless banking experience for Hong Kong.
• Work with product teams from exploration to delivery, iterating to improve investment features.
• Simplify complex banking information, financial operations, and campaigns.
• Conduct user evaluations and collect feedback to inform UX strategy.
• Follow design language system and brand guidelines to create visual designs for the banking app interface.
• Design innovative UX journeys, data visualizations, motions, and transitions with attention to interaction design.
• Create UX artifacts across the design process including journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and UI design.
• Seek inspiration across industries to deliver delightful experiences and benchmark against competitors.
