Job summary

The role requires strong statistics, ML concepts, and experience with cross-border markets, plus fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with multinational teams. You will evaluate operational performance, optimize funnels, and support BI projects with executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics roles, preferably financial services or tech.
• 2+ years in user/customer analytics.
• Strong background in statistics and ML concepts.
• Experience with cross-border or international market dynamics.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable customer analytics frameworks and segmentation models.
• Evaluate operational strategy performance and conversion funnels.
• Conduct funnel analysis and experimentation to optimize end-to-end user journeys.
• Benchmark industry-leading data tools and create reusable analytics frameworks.
• Support ad-hoc BI projects and executive reporting as needed.
