Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of front office production support / trading systems support experience in asset management or capital markets.
• ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, AWS/Azure cloud, SRE/AIOps, AI certifications are a plus.
• CFA/CFI/HKSI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for front-office trading, OMS/EMS, and market data platforms; ensure high availability and timely issue resolution.
• Act as primary business-facing IC contact for traders and investment professionals; support during trading-day issues and incidents.
• Diagnose issues across order capture, routing, execution, booking, allocations, and post-trade handoffs using trading lifecycle knowledge.
• Lead Major Incidents; coordinate cross-functional teams and updates to stakeholders; drive timely service restoration.
• Troubleshoot complex application, data, database, messaging, and infrastructure issues using SQL, Unix/Linux, APIs, XML/JSON, FIX, and SWIFT.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to implement permanent fixes and resilience.
• Leverage AIOps and observability tools to improve event correlation, anomaly detection, and alert quality; participate in AI-assisted workflows.
• Create or maintain self-healing agents and runbooks for repeatable L2 troubleshooting; maintain SOPs and operational docs.
