Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of infrastructure, platform engineering, or production support experience in financial securities, options, or futures trading systems.
• Fluent in Java, SQL queries, API logic, and Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on exposure to IHS, WAS clustering, load balancer rules, and secure certificate bindings.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills under fast-paced production pressures with accountability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Tier-2/3 production environment support and troubleshoot complex, high-concurrency issues across client-facing Web Apps and Mobile Trading Apps.
• Oversee Web/App infrastructure configurations, including IBM HTTP Server (IHS), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Load Balancers, SSL/TLS certificate binding, and network routing configurations.
• Execute complex data scripting and performance tuning across enterprise relational databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server) to maintain transaction data integrity.
• Analyze backend dependencies involving Java microservices, RESTful APIs, shell scripting languages, Linux, and Unix operating environments.
• Drive cross-platform transformation migrations and feature rollouts independently with minimal supervision.
