Job summary

Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide daily support for US trading and settlement systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure continuous 24/7 operations across the platform.

You will collaborate with operations to gather requirements, perform system analysis, and support upgrades. QA testing and release readiness are key responsibilities for this role.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in system implementation with at least 3 years in system analysis/design.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale critical systems and incident/change management.
• Familiarity with securities operations and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ, AIX/UNIX/Linux, and DB2/OceanBase is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for trading and settlement systems and ensure 24/7 operations.
• Collaborate with operations and business units to gather requirements and support upgrades.
• Perform system analysis and maintain application systems per banking standards.
• Conduct QA testing for releases/upgrades and ensure release readiness.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
