Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for an Investment Bank in the APAC region, with a strong Hong Kong focus and involvement in Connect initiatives, 24-hour trading and shorter settlement cycles. You will lead requirements gathering, document functional solutions, and drive project planning and execution for Post Trade applications.

You’ll coordinate with IT teams across Front Office, Finance, and Operations to deliver front-to-back system changes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Engineering degree or higher in IT-related fields.
10–15 years in IT with at least 5 years in Investment Banking.
5+ years as a Business Analyst with Post Trade / Middle & Back Office equity apps.
Expertise in HKMA and SFC regulatory requirements and Extended Trading Hours.
Strong communication to explain business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn Cash Equities workflows and front-to-back system architecture.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure / multitask.
Team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, BA activities, project planning & execution for APAC with HK focus.
Participate in functional solutions for Post Trade applications.
Engage IT teams and stakeholders to Deliver Post Trade projects, coordinating with Front Office IT and Finance IT.
Engage in strategic change projects and analyze requirements for functional solutions.
Collaborate with Operations or other Business teams to gather requirements affecting Middle & Back Office systems.
