Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. seeks a senior IT leader to translate business needs into scalable GenAI and automation solutions. You will architect end-to-end GenAI platforms, oversee integration with existing systems and mentor a technical team.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, guide implementation, and ensure robust performance, security and maintainability across digital transformation initiatives in a Hong Kong-based environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• At least 8 years' experience in IT industry.
• At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in system implementation, application development, workflow automation, digital transformation, technical consulting or system administration.
• Profound understanding of GenAI technologies, LLMs, APIs and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, strong learning ability and keen interest in emerging GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with departments to translate business requirements into high impact GenAI, workflow automation or AI use cases.
• Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions leveraging tools and MaaS platforms.
• Oversee systems integration and provisioning with existing infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor the Team, providing technical oversight and code/architecture reviews.
