Qualifications

Requires degree in CS/SE/IS or related field.
Minimum 5+ years in financial services or highly regulated industry.
Strong background in application support, solution delivery, and end-to-end incident management.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases and cloud platforms (Azure).

Responsibilities

Translate evolving business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of complex application incidents, coordinating teams and vendors.
Provide technical direction across application enhancement initiatives and operational support.
Act as SME on architecture, interoperability, and platform governance.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and QA to meet control and service-quality standards.
Mentor team members on priorities, best practices, and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize technology-related costs.
Develop forward-looking technology plans with stakeholders and MSPs.
Balance competing demands and prioritise work by impact and risk.
Design and deliver solutions across cloud-based and mobile-enabled environments.
Support senior management with reporting on system health and project progress.
