The role blends solution design, incident management, and delivery oversight to ensure services are stable, secure, and scalable in line with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in application support, end-to-end incident management, and leadership

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years in financial services or highly regulated industry.
• Strong background in application support and incident management.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Cloud exposure, preferably Microsoft Azure; cloud certifications advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Own end-to-end ownership of complex application incidents with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical direction on enhancements, upgrades, and operational support.
• Advise on application architecture, interoperability, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and QA to meet control standards.
• Mentor team members on priorities, best practices, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Develop forward-looking technology plans with stakeholders and service providers.
• Balance business priorities with risk and commercial impact.
