Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Hong Kong to support the Talent and Culture department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management and possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese. Responsibilities include managing selection processes, payroll accuracy, and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Working within a luxury hotel environment, the candidate will also coach managers on internal policies and support associate relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of human resources management experience, preferably in sizeable luxury hotels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders of the Talent and Culture department in daily operations.
• Manage the selection process for full-time associates and casual labor.
• Supervise the accuracy of monthly payroll administration.
• Compile salary and headcount surveys as necessary.
• Coach managers on progressive discipline process.
