ACUMENT Group in Hong Kong and Singapore is seeking IT Recruiters at both junior and senior levels to drive end-to-end recruitment for fixed-scope consultancy projects and enterprise staffing. You will source top tech talent, assess candidates, and shape the talent pipeline to support rapid growth.

To fuel our next phase of expansion, we are looking for an ambitious, drive-oriented IT Recruiters / Senior IT Recruiters to join our team and serve as a core engine for our ongoing talent scaling.

2. Key Responsibilities

As an IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role across our delivery model—sourcing candidates both for fixed-scope consultancy projects and for our enterprise resource augmentation engagements.

• Full-Cycle Technical Talent Delivery: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing, evaluation, technical screening, offer negotiation, to onboarding.

• Proactive Talent Headhunting: Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, network referrals, boolean search) to engage high-caliber tech professionals across Hong Kong, Singapore, and SE Asia.

• Stakeholder & Client Consultation: Work alongside Account Managers, Practice Leads, and Enterprise Client Stakeholders to define technical requirement specs, profile target candidates, and execute with rapid turnaround times.

• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active candidate pools across key technology domains.

• (Senior Level) Process Enhancement & Mentorship: Drive best practices in technical candidate assessment, optimize sourcing toolkits, and mentor junior recruiters within the business.

3. Role Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• IT Recruiter: 1–4 years of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

• Senior IT Recruiter: 5+ years of dedicated technical recruitment experience with a proven track record of placing specialized tech profiles.

• High-Velocity Sourcing Background: Experience in a boutique tech consultancy, recruitment agency where speed to delivery, precision, and multi-tasking are essential.

• Proven Headhunting Expertise: Strong track record in candidate mapping, proactive outreach and headhunting passive profiles.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English . Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
