Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a proactive IT recruitment professional in Hong Kong to manage the full recruitment cycle from intake through onboarding. You will source IT candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking, and conduct interviews and negotiations to close offers.

You will build strong client and candidate relationships, develop new business opportunities, and maintain robust pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience.
• IT recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Degree holder in Business, HR, IT or related disciplines.
