ACUMENT Group in Hong Kong and Singapore is seeking IT Recruiters at both junior and senior levels to drive end-to-end recruitment for fixed-scope consultancy projects and enterprise staffing. You will source top tech talent, assess candidates, and shape the talent pipeline to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• IT Recruiter: 1–4 years in fast-paced environments.
• Senior IT Recruiter: 5+ years dedicated technical recruitment experience.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle recruitment delivery from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactive headhunting across HK, Singapore and SE Asia.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Practice Leads and enterprise stakeholders to define requirements.
• Build and maintain active candidate pools across tech domains.
• Mentor junior recruiters and drive best practices in assessment and sourcing.
