Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 10–15 years recruitment experience from agency and in-house backgrounds.
• Proven talent acquisition expertise, regional experience valued.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across back-office, business-facing and frontline roles.
• Manage a team of 3–4 TA professionals and coach for capability growth.
• Collaborate with department heads on headcount planning and salary benchmarking.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and manage external partners.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Participate in HRIS upgrades of the ATS and leverage data for hiring decisions.
• Contribute to employer branding and market insights.
