Job summary

The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer at its Hong Kong headquarters. You will oversee corporate-level and regional recruitment alignment across markets such as Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Germany, and Romania, ensuring end-to-end processes and strong talent pipelines aligned with group standards.

You will develop sourcing strategies, strengthen employer branding, and provide hiring insights while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 3–6 years of talent acquisition experience in multinational environments.
• Preferably with experience recruiting engineering or technical talents.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse hiring portfolios and partner with stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail‑minded, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects with ownership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across markets.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate-level and regional roles across multiple markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide talent market insights, hiring strategies, and selection decisions.
• Act as a corporate TA partner ensuring recruitment processes and standards align across markets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, and social recruitment.
• Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement, recruitment marketing, and external events.
• Utilize recruitment data and market analytics to support decision‑making and improve efficiency.
• Support group-level TA initiatives including policy updates and process standardization.

Job Functions

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide professional advice on talent market insights, hiring strategies, and selection decisions.
• Act as a corporate TA partner, ensuring recruitment processes and standards are aligned across different markets while providing hiring insights from the Hong Kong headquarters.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, referral programs, and social recruitment.
• Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement initiatives, recruitment marketing, and participation in external events such as career fairs or industry networks.
• Utilize recruitment data and market analytics to support decision-making, optimize hiring processes, and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Support group-level talent acquisition initiatives, including technology enhancements, process standardization, and recruitment policy updates.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–6 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally from sizeable companies or multinational environments.
• Preferably with practical experience recruiting engineering or technical talents.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse hiring portfolios and partnering with stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail‑minded, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects with a high degree of ownership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across markets.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
