Senior System Analyst (Call Centre Systems, Omnichannel, and AI Projects)

Manage IT solution implementation and development projects of varying scales and complexities from inception to completion, with a specific focus on Call Centre systems, Omnichannel, and AI projects (e.g., chatbots, voicebots, automation tools).

Understand business needs and requirements, steering the development and delivery of IT solutions to fulfill business objectives.

Manage IT projects according to the Bank's established standards, including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project initiation, planning, risk assessment/mitigation, reporting, and documentation.

Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors to provide quality system development, maintenance, and support services efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Proven track record of managing SDLC projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Proven experience in delivering AI and digital transformation projects.

Experience designing or implementing GenAI chatbot, voicebot, or NLP/LLM-based solutions in an on-premises, cloud-based, or SaaS environment.

Familiarity with Linux environments; proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL is preferred.

Strong technical writing skills to evaluate system design, prepare/review technical documents, and project plans.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule activities to achieve deliverables.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of System Analyst.
