Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a high-caliber Principal Architect who possesses a rare hybrid capability: deep expertise in enterprise transactional systems (ERP/CRM) combined with advanced mastery of modern Data Architecture and AI.

In this strategic role within our 10-person Architecture team, you will serve as the primary authority bridging core transactional operations with advanced data engineering, enterprise governance, and intelligent automation across our regional and global networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Core System & Data Flow Architecture: Architect, map, and optimize the end-to-end global data lifecycle, establishing seamless interoperability between core ERP platforms, CRM engines, billing modules, and proprietary operational execution systems.
• Master Data Management & Governance: Design and enforce global Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks, data quality benchmarks, and data security policies to guarantee a unified "single source of truth" across all transactional systems.
• Intelligent Enterprise Roadmap: Drive the strategic design and adoption of AI, Generative AI, and agentic workflows, converting core enterprise and transactional ERP data into automated, high-impact operational tools.
• Enterprise Transformation & Data Integration: Govern technical data migration strategies, complex integration patterns (APIs, ETL/ELT, event-driven pipelines), and schema designs during multi-system modernizations with zero data loss.
• Business-to-Technical Bridge: Act as a strategic partner across business function heads and IT leadership, translating complex transactional process flows into scalable enterprise data models and AI applications.
• Platform Evaluation & Selection: Lead vendor assessments (RFI/RFP), technical validation workshops, and architectural evaluations for next-generation ERP modules, analytics tools, and AI framework integration.
• Risk & Regulatory Governance: Ensure all cross-platform data flows, ERP configurations, and AI deployments fully comply with global data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR) and corporate risk guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Dual-Domain Experience: 10-15+ years of combined expertise across both enterprise transactional system architecture (ERP/CRM) and large-scale data engineering/architecture.
• ERP Mastery: Hands-on track record mapping data structures, business process flows, and integration interfaces across major enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Data & AI Track Record: Proven experience designing enterprise data governance programs, MDM frameworks, and deploying operational Machine Learning/AI models into live production environments.
• Certifications (Advantageous):
• Cloud Engineering / Architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer)
• Project / Delivery Frameworks (PMP, Agile Scrum)
• Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling, enterprise data warehousing, modern integration protocols (APIs, event-driven models), combined with practical knowledge of LLM integration and agentic workflows.
