Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced professional to price, execute, and manage risk for structured products across FX, rates, and credit asset classes.

You will provide competitive pricing to clients, develop hedging strategies across vanilla and exotic derivatives, collaborate with sales to tailor payoff structures, monitor day‑to‑day P&L and Greeks exposure, and ensure compliance with regulatory ratios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial industry with structured products.
• Strong understanding of exotic option pricing and volatility surfaces.
• Proficient in pricing models for structured products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Price, execute, and risk manage structured products across FX, rates, and credit asset classes.
• Provide competitive pricing to clients.
• Manage day-to-day P&L and Greeks exposure, including delta, gamma, vega, theta, and correlation risk.
• Develop hedging strategies across vanilla and exotic derivatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design payoff structures.
• Monitor portfolio risk within approved limits and handle ad hoc assignments.
