Job summary

HashKey Group is seeking an experienced professional in Hong Kong to support pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions. You will prepare product term sheets and translate specifications into internal files for trade lifecycle monitoring, working with Sales, Trading, Finance, Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and robust product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in financial markets, with exposure to structured products, derivatives, capital markets, or investment products, and working experience in investment banks or crypto/asset management firms.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and structured investment products; experience with pricing and valuation is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to develop pricing models and generate trade ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify and articulate complex financial concepts.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, counterparties, and stakeholders across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support the pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions.
• Prepare product term sheets and translate product specifications into internal product files for trade lifecycle monitoring.
• Work closely with sales, Trading, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and product management.
• Maintain product documentation and support post-trade monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; collaborate with sales to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and client brochures for a wide range of structured investment solutions.
• Identify and originate new clients and business opportunities for the team.
• Develop and design innovative products tailored to meet evolving client needs.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product development.
