Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) invites applications for Senior Wealth Management Product Manager (Structured Products). You will lead the design and development of structured product solutions, spanning pricing, risk analysis, and implementation, to drive revenue and deepen client penetration.

You will also steer digital product development, collaborate with internal teams and regulators, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee project progress while exploring expansion opportunities in Southeast

Qualifications

• University degree or above; business or banking focus preferred.
• 10+ years in banking or fund management; product management preferred.
• CFA/FRM or relevant investment qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design structured product solutions across development, pricing, risk analysis, and implementation.
• Drive development of digital financial products and platforms; coordinate with project managers and regulators.
• Formulate system requirements; provide business advice and financial assessments; support platform development.
• Monitor trends in industry tools and technologies; communicate with stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements; assist in policy and process design.
• Manage project progress and report to management; extend experience to SEA markets.
