Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Wealth Management Product Manager (Structured Products) to lead development of structured product solutions, pricing, risk analysis, and implementation. You will drive digital financial product initiatives and coordinate with internal and external partners to promote platform growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in a relevant field; preference for banking/finance subjects.
• Financial qualifications (CFA/FRM) or investment disciplines are a plus.
• Knowledge of fund management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design development of structured product solutions across product development, structuring, pricing, risk analysis and implementation.
• Drive digital financial product and platform development, coordinate with project managers, regulatory teams and service providers.
• Lead product design and planning in digital transformation projects and formulate system requirements.
• Provide business advice and financial assessments to promote platform growth.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to management.
• Extend business expansion experience to Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with departments, sales units and other support units to optimize operations and channels.
• Address customer and sales staff feedback to improve service quality.
