Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Settlement and Treasury Back Office specialist to manage BAU processing flows across settlement, loans, remittance, and annual DPS/compliance postings.

You will supervise offshore teams, ensure accurate daily reconciliations, and contribute to global/regional projects while maintaining strict KYC/AML controls and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in settlement across Global Markets products.
• 5+ years handling customer remittance transactions.
• Good knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS, Clearstream/Euroclear.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Check cash flow register and cash flow statements; monitor HKD movements via RTGS.
• Verify final GL balances for settlement-processed accounts.
• Process RTGS/CHATS/SWIFT payments and related arrangements.
• Supervise offshore team and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation.
• Provide BAU settlement support and participate in local/global projects.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and timely escalations.
