Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY in Hong Kong is seeking a Treasury Settlement Manager to own day‑to‑day settlements for treasury products and reinforce the control environment around them. You will lead a small operations team, ensuring accurate and timely processing while driving process improvements and system changes across the clearing and settlement function.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance and IT on settlement requirements, incidents and workflow changes, participating in projects

Qualifications

5+ years in banking with treasury settlement or operations
Leadership experience of a small team preferred
Strong product/process knowledge across treasury instruments and lifecycle

Responsibilities

Oversee daily settlement operations for treasury transactions
Lead and develop the settlement team, setting productivity, accuracy and risk awareness
Refine procedures/workflows to improve efficiency, control and service levels
Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance and IT on settlement requirements and system changes
Participate in projects including UAT, reconciliations, and post-implementation reviews
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls, escalating exceptions
