Job summary

Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch is seeking an Assistant Head of Services Delivery (Settlement) to oversee trade and operation support for treasury products and ensure accurate settlement processes across desks.

You will review collateral management, monitor margin calls, and prepare reports, while advising senior management on settlement issues and handling inquiries from clients and front office. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in related discipline or HKQF level 5 with at least 10 years’ banking experience.
• Solid knowledge of treasury products (FX, MM, Bond, IRS); OTC derivatives preferred.
• Proficient in SWIFT, RTGS and PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, independence and proactivity.
• ECF achievement is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the trade and operation support of various treasury products.
• Review collateral management by preparing relevant reports and monitoring margin calls.
• Review transaction reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior management and business units on settlement issues.
• Handle inquiries from front desk, counterparties and clients.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects.
