New HarvestWealth (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced settlement professional to review daily settlement activities, including confirmations, transfers and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
The role requires 3–5 years of settlement experience, familiarity with wealth funds and structured products, and an immediate start is preferred. A strong focus on data analysis and efficiency will drive process improvements and client service.

Responsibilities
Review and validate daily settlement activities, including trade confirmations, securities transfers, cash movements and reconciliations;
Provide oversight and quality assurance of the settlement process to mitigate settlement risk and ensure regulatory compliance;
Identify, investigate and resolve settlement exceptions and discrepancies in a timely manner;
Analyse settlement data and generate reports on key performance indicators;
Work with the team to develop and maintain settlement policies, procedures and controls;
Work with the Operations team to streamline settlement workflows and improve client service;
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
3–5 years of solid settlement experience, preferably with exposure to wealth funds, notes, and structured products;
Strong understanding of securities trading, clearing, and settlement processes;
Proficient in securities settlement systems, reconciliation tools, and data analysis software is a must;
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior title;
immediate availability is strongly preferred.
