Job summary

New HarvestWealth (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced settlement professional to review daily settlement activities, including confirmations, transfers and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of settlement experience, familiarity with wealth funds and structured products, and an immediate start is preferred. A strong focus on data analysis and efficiency will drive process improvements and client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of solid settlement experience in finance.
• Familiar with wealth funds, notes, and structured products.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily settlement activities, including confirmations, transfers, cash movements and reconciliations.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance of the settlement process to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify, investigate and resolve settlement exceptions and discrepancies promptly.
• Analyse settlement data and generate KPI reports.
• Develop and maintain settlement policies, procedures and controls.
• Streamline settlement workflows with Operations to improve client service.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
