Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in service operations, maintenance management, or engineering services.
• 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience with power generation, diesel generators, fuel systems, or critical facilities preferred.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing service operations and maintenance contracts for generator and fuel systems.
• Leading service engineers and technicians to ensure safe and effective execution of works.
• Monitoring service quality, contractual compliance, and SLA performance.
• Planning manpower deployment, maintenance schedules, and emergency response activities.
• Managing client relationships and addressing operational issues and customer complaints.
• Preparing quotations, technical proposals, and supporting tender submissions.
• Driving operational efficiency, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project and service delivery.
• Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities for service growth.
