Job summary
Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Service/Technical Manager to lead maintenance and field service operations in Hong Kong. You will report directly to the CEO and manage a service team of 20, ensuring generator sets are well-maintained and customer jobs are completed safely and professionally.
The role requires strong knowledge of diesel generators, electrical systems, and mechanical components, plus leadership and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in service or technical management.
- Experience in generator, heavy equipment, or power systems.
- Experience managing maintenance work and field service teams.
- Strong knowledge of diesel generators, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Good leadership and people-management skills.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese.
- Commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and field service operations.
- Report to the CEO and manage a service team of 20.
- Plan maintenance schedules and assign work to technicians.
- Ensure safety and timely completion of customer service jobs.
- Coordinate field service, repair work and spare parts.
- Prepare regular reports on performance and productivity.
