Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of critical MEP and building services in a large-scale 24/7 facility.

You will oversee engineering teams and contractors, drive preventive maintenance and asset reliability programs, manage technical projects and service contracts, and ensure safe, efficient, uninterrupted operations through continuous improvement and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in engineering operations, facilities management, maintenance, or technical services with people management experience.
• Experience managing technical teams and contractors within a large-scale 24/7 operation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication skills for senior management and external stakeholders.
