Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive corporate and group business. You will conduct sales calls and site inspections, evaluate and secure new accounts, and develop action plans to boost revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in international hotel sales, a degree in Hospitality Management, and strong Mandarin and English communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an international hotel Sales & Marketing department.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external guests.
• Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and site inspections on accounts in assigned market areas.
• Evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business for Corporate, Luxury Travel Agents and Group as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
• Assist in developing and executing a sales action plan for assigned market areas to increase sales activity, volume and profit.
• Follow up on all leads and negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality of guest/group satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and related industry-related organizations to represent the hotel and company.
• Understand the market trend and get market insights.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the division head.
