Job summary

Alimak Group Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager who is ambitious and customer-focused to drive business growth and support a small sales team.

You will prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, develop new opportunities, understand client requirements, and work with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles
• Proven track record in developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members
• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned
