The Housing Society is seeking a proactive marketer with strong leadership to drive marketing and sales operations for residential projects in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with business partners and vendors to execute plans and supervise material production, ensuring accuracy under the First-hand Sales ordinance.

The role requires bilingual English and Chinese (Cantonese/M Mandarin) communication, plus the ability to compile market reports for senior management.

Qualificações

• Degree holders with relevant experience in marketing or sales for residential projects.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proactive and organized with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating with partners/vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Compile regular market and policy reports for senior management, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Supervise staff to ensure smooth handover, defect rectification follow-up, and handle inquiries/complaints.

The Job

• Assist in formulating marketing strategies for residential projects; execute marketing plan and lead production of marketing materials, by supervising and working closely with business partners and vendors.
• Assist in formulating sales strategies for residential projects; manage sales operation (sales office; show flats), and administer relevant legal documents.
• Govern the accuracy of sales and marketing literatures and materials, under the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Compile regular research reports for senior management, including market updates (sales in public and private housing markets) and government policies, etc.- both quantitative and qualitative.
• Supervise a team of staff to ensure a smooth operation of flat handover, defects rectification follow up works; and to handle enquiries and complaints.

The Person

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience OR Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Highly dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Eager to learn with proactive attitude.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Passionate in residential Real Estate; Sense of business acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing; Practical skills in design software like PS and AI is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekend / public holiday when necessary.
