Delken Group Limited is seeking a Senior Retail Marketing Manager in Hong Kong to lead retail marketing for consumer electronics, shaping display strategies and branding with retailers. You will drive in-store visuals, coordinate with agencies, and ensure timely execution of campaigns to maximize store traffic and sales.

The role requires a degree in marketing or related field and at least 10 years’ experience in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG, with strong leadership and communication

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in consumer electronics, technology product, retail or FMCG field.
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management skill and attentive to details.
• Well organized with high level of initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management of retail marketing on consumer electronics products.
• Develop retail display and visual merchandising strategy to maximize brand exposure and sell-out efficiency.
• Identify in-store branding opportunities with retailers and advise for win-win promotion strategy.
• Analyze in-store operation performance and make recommendations to drive sales.
• Monitor competitors and retail trends, apply best practices to enhance retail design, environment and in-store customer experience.
• Work with agencies on developing brand fixtures and POSM and driving execution excellence.
• Deliver outstanding design themes and plans, including window and in-store displays, POSM and pricing concepts to uphold customer experience and drive sales and store traffic.
• Ensure execution excellence to meet budgets, schedules and operations requirements.
• Lead and motivate teams to complete displays to tight deadlines.
• Seek feedback on visual impact and implement changes.

Senior Retail Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of retail marketing on consumer electronics products
• Develop retail display and visual merchandising strategy to maximize brandexposure and sell-out efficiency
• Identify in store branding opportunity with retailers and advise for win-win promotion strategy
• Analyze in store operation performance and make recommendation to drive sales
• On-going monitoring of competitors and retail trends, and apply best practices to enhance retail design, environment and in-store customer experience
• Work with agencies on developing brand fixture and POSM as well as driving execution excellence
• Delivering outstanding design themes and plans, including window and in-store displays, POSM and pricing concepts to uphold customer experience and to drive sales and stimulate store traffic

• Seeking feedback on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes
