Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Manager, Business Planning in Hong Kong to drive performance by setting targets and monitoring KPIs. You will prepare ROI analyses across product portfolios to support marketing goals and manage inventory to meet sales targets while ensuring operational efficiency.

The role requires strong data handling, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience in consumer/retail market data analysis is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in business management or relevant domain.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics/telecom/IT industries.
• Capable to handle and integrate sizable data and find insights.
• Excel or advanced analytical skills preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in consumer/retail market data analysis is a plus.

• Set up business target and monitor business performance by different key performance indexes

Requirements:
