The role requires at least 3 years in banking in a leadership capacity, strong product knowledge in cash management and FX, and a proactive, cross-functional team player able to generate fee income through cross-selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a banking role in a management capacity.
• Solid product knowledge: cash management, foreign exchange, bancassurance.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with tenacity and selling flair.
• Results-oriented with business acumen to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus.
• Registered RI for Type 1 & 4 with HKSI papers 1,7,8 & 11 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of deposits from institutional investors and asset managers while cross-selling fee income.
• Deliver corporate banking services and solutions to enhance wallet share.
• Develop bespoke one-stop banking solutions for target companies.
• Collaborate with GTS, GFM and Insurance teams to boost revenue.
• Ensure risk controls including KYC/AML and regulatory compliance.
