The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Deputy Executive Manager for Property Facilities Technical Services to lead a multi-disciplinary technical team and ensure the reliability and performance of its property portfolio.

The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer‑centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
Reporting to the Head of Property Facilities Management (HPFM), the Deputy Executive Manager, Property Facilities Technical Services (DEMPFTS) plays a critical role in leading the technical services team to ensure the reliability, safety, and long‑term performance of the Club’s property portfolio. The role supports the HPFM in driving the successful implementation of the Asset Health Management Programme and Condition Survey Programme across all Facilities Management (FM) teams, including Membership Facilities Management, Tai Kwun, Kau Sai Chau Golf Course, and subsequently our expanding network in Mainland China, such as the Conghua Racecourse, Beijing Clubhouse, corporate offices, and other facilities.
This position is responsible for providing strong technical leadership, setting standards, ensuring compliance, and uplifting engineering capabilities across the region. Key responsibilities include leading multi‑disciplinary technical teams, managing CAPEX‑related support, maintaining SOPs, driving sustainability and energy initiatives, and enhancing the overall technical competence of the FM organisation.
