Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Property Facilities Technical Services (Corporate) to oversee 24/7 operations at Club premises, ensuring building fabric, electrical and mechanical systems run safely, reliably and in compliance with statutory requirements.

You will lead maintenance programs, budget planning, and service level management, coordinate consultants and contractors, develop staff through training, and drive continuous improvement across facilities and data

Qualifications

Degree in Building Services or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with professional qualification preferred.
Eight years of facilities or property experience, at least four years in a managerial role.
Experience managing large-scale office buildings; data centers/server rooms preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee 24/7 operations at Club premises, ensuring building fabric and utilities operate safely and reliably.
Plan and monitor preventive/corrective maintenance, manage budgets and service levels.
Coach and develop staff; coordinate training and shift coverage.
Engage consultants and contractors; supervise their work and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Prepare annual budgets, capital works programs and operating budgets.
Review SOPs and incident management plans; enforce standards and improvements.
