Job summary

Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced commercial real estate project management professional for the Hong Kong team to lead the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from planning through construction documentation and execution.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and senior client relationships, supervise on-site activities, coordinate with landlords, developers, contractors and internal teams, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within real estate or construction; higher for Associate Director.
• Proven track record in managing complex, high‑value projects and cross‑functional leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools; familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp) is a plus.
• Experience working with international clients and delivering projects to global standards is highly desirable.

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely project close-out, including documentation, handover, and post-completion reviews.
• Support the Project Director in mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives.
