Job summary

Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Project Management professional to join the Hong Kong team. You will support project delivery, liaise with stakeholders, and assist the design management from concept to construction documentation.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience in commercial real estate projects, with emphasis on fit-out, office refurbishment or retail projects. Strong English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Real Estate, Project Management or related field.
• Formal training in project management is preferred.
• 1-4 years of solid experience in running commercial real estate projects, especially fit-out/refurbishment/retail.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of the assigned projects.
• Liaise with owners/clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Assist design management from concept through construction documents.
