Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior/Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong to lead cost management for major construction projects in the private sector. You will ensure cost control and quality objectives while delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong quantity surveying expertise, 5+ years in cost management, and proficiency with Cost-X or equivalent software. A Chartered status is preferable, with opportunity for growth within a global practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software.
• Chartership in MHKIS is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage core functions of cost management services for construction projects.
• Ensure cost control and quality objectives are met.
• Provide final cost plans to clients.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Collaborate with client and consultants across project stages.
