The role requires 5+ years in commercial QS within interior fit-out, with strong AUTOCAD skills and experience in cost control, variations, and subcontractor accounts. Residential project exposure is a plus; QS software proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects.
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD for measurement.
• Strong contract administration, cost control and project reporting skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in re-measurement, variations, and subcontractor accounts management.
• Experience in residential projects preferred.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish standardized pricing guidelines and perform cost estimation.
• Monitor project budgets and cash flow.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders.
• Manage commercial administration for interior fitting out projects.
• Prepare tender bidding documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
