Job summary

Pacific interior Contract & Engineering Co. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to establish pricing guidelines, manage budgets, and administer contracts for interior fittings across HK projects.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial QS within interior fit-out, with strong AUTOCAD skills and experience in cost control, variations, and subcontractor accounts. Residential project exposure is a plus; QS software proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects.
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD for measurement.
• Strong contract administration, cost control and project reporting skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in re-measurement, variations, and subcontractor accounts management.
• Experience in residential projects preferred.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in a commercial/quantity surveying role within the construction industry (interior fitting out work)

Degree / Diploma /Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

Knowledge of using AUTOCAD for measurement is a must

Proficient in contract administration, cost control and project reporting

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents related to interior fitting out works,

Extensive experience in re-measurement, valuation of variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and management of subcontractor accounts

Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills

Experience in Residential Projects is preferred

Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools will be an advantage
