Establish standardized pricing guidelines and perform cost estimation
Monitor project budgets and cash flow
Negotiate and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders
Manage commercial administration for assigned interior fitting out projects
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Prepare tender bidding process and documents
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in a commercial/quantity surveying role within the construction industry (interior fitting out work)
Degree / Diploma /Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
Knowledge of using AUTOCAD for measurement is a must
Proficient in contract administration, cost control and project reporting
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents related to interior fitting out works,
Extensive experience in re-measurement, valuation of variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and management of subcontractor accounts
Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills
Experience in Residential Projects is preferred
Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools will be an advantage
