Biocline Healthcare Services Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead tendering, cost estimation, and cost control for hospital, laboratory, and university projects in Hong Kong.

You will develop detailed cost plans, manage contractual matters, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. MRICS/MHKIS is essential; five years' experience is preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS or MHKIS qualification is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for building/ESM projects.

Responsabilidades

• Cost estimation for healthcare construction projects including materials, labour, and subcontractors.
• Monitor expenditures, track financial performance and provide cost reports.
