Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hong Kong. You will manage project budgets, measure sub-contracts, and assist in final accounts, ensuring commercial accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS or MHKIS preferred, and at least six years of contractor-side experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
• MRICS or MHKIS professional qualification preferred.
• Six years of experience working with contractors.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing.
• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim/final accounts.
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at construction sites.
