Job summary

Lanon Development Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Fanling) to support cost estimation, payments, variations and final accounts while overseeing sub-contractor payments and related reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a QS degree/diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a main contractor. NEC contract experience is a plus; English/Chinese writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience or above in QS in Main Contractor.
• With NEC Contract experience is an advantage.
• Good command of written in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimation, extension of time claims, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement.
• Assist dispute resolution matters.
• Handle sub-contractors' payments, main-contractor's payment & variation orders.
• Document control, system entry, reporting.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Preparing subletting and tender budget and report.
