Job summary

China International Water & Electric Corporation (CWE) in Hong Kong invites applications for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Project Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor.

The role covers post-contract administration, budget control, interim payments, and final accounts. You will take-off from drawings, prepare tender submissions, and assist with subcontracts and contracts. Experience in civil works with a main contractor is preferred; HKIS membership is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• HKIS Quantity Surveying Division Corporate Membership or an equivalent qualification.
• 6years of relevant experience, preferably in civil projects and gained from main contractor.
• Candidates with more/less experience may be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Post-contract administration including valuation of variations, interim payments and final accounts.
• Budget control and cashflow monitoring for projects.
• Support to preparation of tender submissions, contracts, subcontracts and other documents.
• Take-off and measurement from drawings (on-site & design drawings).
• Prepare contract documents for subletting process.
